Courfaivre, the poetry of the earth
In Courfaivre, the earth tells a story without artifice. In the foreground, the manure creates its own relief: irregular ridges, hollows, and fibers form a landscape on a small scale. In the distance, beyond the field and the line of trees, the mountains echo back under a sky heavy with clouds, pierced by light.
It is this echo between two terrains that caught my eye. The raw texture of the foreground recalls the shapes of the mountains on the horizon, as if the earth were repeating, right before us, the lines of the distant landscape. In this meeting between the humble and the grand, the everyday reveals an unexpected poetry.
A photograph that invites you to look at the countryside differently and to discover, in what we sometimes pass by without noticing, a beauty deeply rooted in reality.
